To white wash a mountian top

While driving on the freeway today, my dad said, that “If April showers bring May Flowers, then we probably won’t be seeing many May flowers this year.” I guess it hasn’t rained much here this spring. I look towards Mt. Timp. And saw a lot of white. “That’s encouraging” I said. Then a thought occurred…What if someone whitewashed the mountains to make them just appear to be snow capped…? It's a conspiracy!
